There's not much left to say when a famous designer tags his new perfume with his telephone number. Elysees 64-83 is one step better than a business card you have his name, "Balmain," you have his phone number, "Elysees 64-83," and you have a scent to remember him by.
Did Balmain sell "Elysees 64-83" or did he, perhaps, give an occasional bottle away to an influential client? Certainly this is a great promotional concept.
