Glamour perfume by Bourjois

In 1933, Chanel — Bourjois's sister company — introduced its version of Glamour. The technical director (chief perfumer) for both Bourjois and Chanel in 1933 was Ernest Beaux.

In 1953, when Bourjois introduced Glamour, Ernest Beaux was still employed by Bourjois and Chanel as technical director and chief perfumer.

In 1953 we know that Beaux was still active in creating fragrances and, while we do not know his exact role in the creation of Glamour for Bourjois, the fragrance was certainly created with his input — or within his supervision.
